About Javia

Hey!! I’m Javia (or Jae). I help others heal and regulate their nervous system through yoga and mindfulness. I also provide individuals with clarity and guidance through astrology and intuitive readings. I am a 200-hour certified yoga teacher specializing in Yin yoga, a Level 3 Reiki Master, intuitive, and mindfulness practitioner. I discovered mindfulness as a way to become more present, heal from past trauma, and manage the anxiety I’ve struggled with since my teenage years. These practices have completely transformed my life, and I’ve dedicated my work to helping others experience the same transformation. It’s been such a fulfilling journey.

I received my first Reiki session at 23, which helped me find balance and begin my self-healing journey. Around the same time, I started meditating, which brought me a sense of inner peace, taught me to be more present, and deepened my connection with myself. During my yoga teacher training, I fell in love with Yin yoga because of its gentle, slow-paced nature and its focus on the mental and energetic body. I personally do Yin yoga everyday because it is so powerful—it reduces stress, balances energy, and releases pain and trauma stored in the body.

In 2019, I made the leap from my career as a Registered Medical Assistant and have since worked with thousands of people across the globe.

 

​ In my free time, I enjoy practicing yoga (of course!), reading, creating art, and exploring new experiences.
