✨Manifestation Jar

Updated: Mar 4, 2020

What you need:

-Mason jar

-Cinnamon

-Basil

-Bay leaves

-Permanent marker

-Paper

-Pen

-Worry doll (these can be found at Earthbound or on Amazon)

The first thing you'r gonna do is take the sheet of paper and write down all of your goals and the things that you want to manifest with "I am" or 'I have" in front of it. For example, if you want to become more fit you will write "I am fit"; If you want a new car, write "I have a new car." Pick up the doll and hold it while you read the paper aloud (the doll is a representation of you). Next, take the basil and cover the bottom of the mason jar with it, fold the paper and place it inside the jar. After that, take the bay leaves and write your goals/things you are trying to manifest on the bay leaves with the permanent marker. Only write one goal or want per leaf. Place the bay leaves in the jar along with the basil and paper. Next, sprinkle a little cinnamon inside the jar and place your doll inside. Store the jar in a safe place. You can cover the jar or leave it uncovered. You can randomly add new bay leaves with new goals/wants overtime or check what you already have inside the jar to see what you have manifested. The manifestation jar can be made at any time, but is especially great to make at the start of a new year or right before your birthday!
