Cancellation Policy

If you booked a reiki session, please refrain from drinking alcohol up to 48 hours before the session for the best results. Keep in mind that readings can start 10-15 minutes behind at times due to cleansing in between sessions. There are no refunds on any services. If you need to reschedule, please let Javia know at least 48 hours in advance. There is a $20 reschedule fee if you reschedule less than 48 hours before the appointment.
