To combat these self-imposed limitations, we must first identify and challenge these beliefs head-on. So the first thing you're going to do is identify and write down ALL of your limiting beliefs.

Distractions are everywhere. In today's fast-paced world filled with constant stimuli, managing distractions is another key component of staying focused on our goals. Whether it's the allure of social media, busy work schedules, or unforeseen circumstances, distractions can derail our progress if left unchecked. Establishing boundaries, creating a conducive work environment, and practicing mindfulness are effective strategies to minimize distractions and stay on track. Next, make a list of all of your distractions this way you can recognize when they're getting in the way and refocus your attention.

6 month goal setting is essential as it provides a tangible roadmap for achieving significant progress within a defined timeframe. These goals should be specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound (SMART), guiding individuals towards actionable steps and milestones. And last, but not least, write out the goals that you WILL (speaking it into existence) accomplish over the next 6 months.
